Sixteen years with Steyer & Co., 9 years as a partner & shareholder. Five years in the Trust Department of Society National Bank serving as Tax Manager from 1985 to 1987 and Defiance Regional Trust Officer from 1987 to 1990. Five years with the Big Six public accounting firm of Arthur Andersen & Co. in the audit and tax staff of the Toledo office from 1980 to 1985. Much of the experience has been with small closely held manufacturing and service businesses providing accounting and tax services, management and estate planning and consulting. Services provided to clientele include:
